Pros
The septarian chairman was a nice guy. M.D was a good guy, as was my boss.
Working autonomously on a daily basis
Working from home when lockdown began. Overall a good environment to work in until certain things changed.
Cons
No HR department, in the traditional sense, no voice for employees to channel any grievances. No accountability from management for any top-level problems. Sneaky subterfuge, which I can't prove, but covid-19 was used as a weapon to get rid of me. . 'Ross Care, don't care!' as I once heard whilst in a meeting! It certainly resonates now...
