This place is smoke and mirrors. They entice you to join and once hired the nightmare begins. I read some of these reviews when considering going on staff and chocked the negative reviews off to disgruntled employees. I am not disgruntled simply spreading the truth. If you are smart and talented go somewhere else. You will not be allowed to positively contribute. There is no organizational structure and nothing can get accomplished due to a psychotic dictatorship. Read up, talk to people and RUN from Ross!
