      Pros

      Work in Mayfair area, Luxury Retail, meet celebrities, and create good connections.

      Cons

      Oh so many. Management preferences are only to Eastern European, all office team are the same nationality, apart from MD. If you are flexible 24/7 great, if you have other commitment such as studying or family you are unsuccessful, and they give you the nice talk, how the business works and they need you available for their call eventually if there is job. Low pay rate with high expectations, not paid breaks, and you can stay on stand by list forever waiting someone not to be available to show up for work.

      Pros

      It’s an easy job and not too complicated, great for first time experience within security industry.

      Cons

      -Worst management team in Mayfair - lack communication skills - unprofessional -they prioritise certain individuals over others -the contract is bad (they leverage the current jobs market - they thrive on desperate people) - very bipolar, they like you one minute and the other they don’t (be careful!) -work life balance is horrible, they want you to do full time & weekends. When you decline a shift you would get on their bad side (be careful!!)

      They are very flexible and can give you a shift that fits around your schedule

      Cons

      Very customer focused, sometimes you're required to do stuff that isn't your job just to stay in the same place.
