The organization is positive about new people and ideas. It has a nice atmosphere, standard benefits, and is focused on people with children. There are many employee events for us.
Cons
Work style like 20 years ago, big restrictions on remote work, benefits focused on employees with children and women (not everyone likes it). It is a very political organization, you have to watch your opinions.
