Family-owned with great product but outdated benefits - Territory Sales Manager (TSM) Rotary (GA) Employee Review

Good benefits and good job security.

Some of the machines are a little outdated and have to be fixed a lot.

The people you work with are friendly. Work always ended at 5pm. Never worked weekends.

The pay is minimal and raises are based on years worked there and only go up cents annually. Little to no paid sick leave and very hard to save up paid leave time. Heard many racist, homophobic, sexist, etc. comments from team leads about other workers, especially those in the warehouse. Could not help but notice the overwhelming majority of front office workers are white and majority of warehouse workers are people of color, reflecting a pretty significant bias in the hiring process. Front office will get holiday parties and team building events lead by management while the warehouse workers are left to put together gatherings on their own and are not included in events with those that work in the front, except for warehouse team leads and pictures for social media. Very conservative outlook, if you do not personally align with this you will likely not be comfortable here.
