Pros

Good Housekeeping, Good people, everybody works hard in Plant

Cons

Slow career growth or no growth at all. Salary growth for top management is tremendous for others it is always poor business theory. Management is immature and childish. A small company have 2 MDs each one think that he is senior to other one. Ridiculous logic are given for strange decisions. Favouritism is too much. Company is very good of you are a sales person or female employee. For sales no questions are asked even if company does bad for years or no new customer is added with business for years. Even if sales are poor you will get your incentive. For females management takes extraaa care and interest for reasons best known to female employees.

Pros

There are pros to working at this company, but they seem to be getting fewer and fewer. They offer company wide flex time - but it depends on who your supervisor is whether you can take advantage of. Supplied workwear - that most hate and want to get rid of. Paid time off between Christmas and New Years. Friendly co-workers. Nice work environment.

Cons

Depending on which department you are in, the manager is a micro-manager. There are too many Chiefs and not enough Indians. Non-exempt salary positions that require clock in and out so they can monitor your hours worked, but don't pay overtime for entitled hours. They offer company wide flex time - but it depends on who your supervisor is whether you can take advantage of. Supplied workwear - that most hate and want to get rid of. Not enough staff to feel comfortable taking earned time off. No one to fill in. No teamwork between departments. Each department is only looking out for themselves instead of the customers. Very little room of advancements.
