Getting paid great money and loving what you do, it's what we all dream of and I am doing it. I've been in sales for a long time but I didn't always believe in the products I sold but here, it's about getting great people jobs. I get to meet great people and help make their lives better. The people and the culture make coming to work every day enjoyable. The hiring process is highly cultural based but it ensures that we are adding people to our team who will add to the culture and continue to push the company forward. Everyone I work with believes in what they are doing and has a passion for putting people to work. If you want to help people and have a great work ethic, you will succeed here. I have been with the company for less than three years and I recently went to Hawaii as part of the Chairman's Club as a top performer. It was an amazing experience and only served to increase my level of satisfaction in joining this company. Our office has a great culture and I always wondered about other offices across the company. I met people from all across the country and everyone was genuine and had a passion for their work. Every person I met from the CEO, Corporate leaders, and recruiters across the company were all down to earth people and easy to talk to. Cons
I honestly can't think of anything worth mentioning. I would imagine that some people don't enjoy sales but we are primarily a sales organization and if you enjoy meeting new people and are not afraid to pick up the phone, then you will love this organization.
