Okay Company - Anonymous employee Roth Staffing Employee Review

Thank you so much for your helpful feedback into how we can improve as an employer. It really is our goal to be the best company to work for. In order to implement changes based on your feedback, we will need clarification. We hope you will choose to either contact our HR Manager in an anonymous conversation or submit your feedback in the anonymous coworker engagement survey. When you say that the support staff is lean, are you referring to the corporate staff that is supposed to be available and ready to support your team as you conduct your business? or are you referring to support staff inside your branch? (which branches do not hire until they are profitable and can invest into hiring support employees). We recently implemented a structured manager learning path over the summer and have since been implementing it. But we would like more input on your comment...are you referring to branch managers? or Team Leads? or? We would love to hear whether it is your own personal experience and you felt you weren't provided the training you needed, or if you report to someone who was promoted and you felt they needed more guidance and training?
