Pros

Some of the projects can be fun. There are some good people mostly at technical level.

Cons

Very toxic culture, with the head of culture being the CEO's wife. Long hours are standard, with unrealistic expectations and timeframes. Management seems to lack knowledge of their product and a clear business strategy, leading to high employee turnover.

Pros

- A fun, enjoyable workplace where everyone including senior leadership and the CEOs maintains a great sense of humour and is easy to get along with. - Strong team culture that genuinely feels like being part of a big family. - Workloads can get busy, but the environment is supportive and never overwhelming. - Management is flexible when it comes to adjusting working hours to accommodate public transport availability. - Good flexibility with using Time in Lieu when you’re asked to stay back late.

Cons

- A small Operations team meant the front desk could feel quiet or isolating on days when most staff were working from home. - As an on-site administrative support role, there are no opportunities for remote work.
