I think training could be improved from their side

- Decent pay. - Flexible working hours. - Reasonably modern office equipment etc. - Enjoyable work.

- Senior management are self-absorbed and don't often listen or even pay attention to employees below them in hierarchy. - Bullying/exclusion from other members of my team. - Clear favouritism towards some employees this also includes development. - Lack of training and career progression opportunities. - Some obvious discrimination through the behaviour of kiwi staff members.
