Round Sky is the perfect place to learn about a niche industry and the flexibility hone your skills and take your career to the next level. I joined Round Sky as an affiliate manager back in the fall of 2012. Over the course of the next 3.5 years I would take advantages of opportunities from Round Sky that allowed me to grow into a management role, build out new verticals, learn about business operations, and build a positive industry reputation. Simply put; I wouldn’t be where I am today if it wasn’t for the opportunities provided from Round Sky. I highly recommend working here to anyone who’s serious about their career.

They did not offer a 401k plan. Not sure if they offer this currently, they might.

Direct contact with CEO and VP. They are willing to provide feedback and have set meetings so everyone is on the same track.

Low pay for the area. While there are on par meetings the higher ups are not willing to help where needed. Not enough tech to support where needed. Constantly changing verticals. One person will work and manage multiple roles on their own.
