Pros
Good experience with computer system. Improved customer service skills. Helped improve my ability to multitask, especially when dealing with customers in person and over the phone.
Cons
The management at the Round table location I worked at is definitely unorganized. They have a hard time keeping track of orders and delivering the orders to the wrong addresses.
