      Pros

      Quarterly bonuses for upper management. Meet a lot of nice people. Choosing your own work schedule. Freedom to do your job how you choose. Discounts and some free food.

      Cons

      Over worked. Understaffed. Extremely stressful. You have to deal with all complaints and people are ridiculous and mean always trying to get free food. I was working over 50 hours a week trying to make labor costs, running with small underpaid crews.

      Tips can be good, good manager

      Cons

      You make minimum wage as a supervisor, things break a lot and owners don’t seem to care about employee wellbeing. Also understaffed and overworked but there are still demands to cut labor/hours
