      -Good coworkers make the job go by fast -Work isn't hard compared to other pizza places -Management is very understanding if you need time off

      Cons

      -Customers can make the job unbearable -Almost no ability to have promotions besides supervisor -No pay raises unless you become a supervisor

      Pay could have been better, wrong concept for Roseburg (Clubhouse) menu was too diversified, should have kept it simple. Parent company was not committed to the people who worked for them.
