      Getting to meet nice people in community

      Cons

      Not enough hours. Management schedules themselves 12hrs a day from 9am-9pm creates a quality of work issue. Management also takes all tips at register leaving none for crew members

      Tips can be good, good manager

      Cons

      You make minimum wage as a supervisor, things break a lot and owners don’t seem to care about employee wellbeing. Also understaffed and overworked but there are still demands to cut labor/hours
