Pros

Management cares a lot about employee happiness, if you are the right fit for the company culture they will go through a lot to keep you, even if you might not be in the right position. For example several employees have had the opportunity to completely change jobs and departments in order to find something that better suits them. Extremely flexible, the entire company is remote for the most part and everyone gets unlimited PTO - while at some companies that can sound like a scam, everyone at RTT is encouraged to take advantage of it. In fact, we recently received an email from HR urging anyone who had not scheduled 5 days off in a row this year to do so. Fun environment. We routinely have get togethers and each week we meet in small groups to have a chance to get to know our colleagues. Relaxed and fun vibe throughout communication channels.

Cons

Might not be the right fit for everyone, must want to work closely with nonprofit organizations who make up our target market.

Pros

With the exception of onsite jobs, it was fully remote. Unlimited PTO pending approval. Good benefits, solid leadership, and a team committed to helping each other. Many of the clients are also nonprofit organizations, which helps feeling like you're doing some good.

Cons

Still relatively new while I worked, transitioning into a more established corporate structure.

Pros

There was better than average pay and a relaxed environment.

Cons

Senior manager expects everyone but themselves to be held accountable. They respond to messages a day later, do not follow-up on their own action items. After asking the team for feedback on a new poorly developed process they clarified that people should only give positive feedback.
