Management cares a lot about employee happiness, if you are the right fit for the company culture they will go through a lot to keep you, even if you might not be in the right position. For example several employees have had the opportunity to completely change jobs and departments in order to find something that better suits them. Extremely flexible, the entire company is remote for the most part and everyone gets unlimited PTO - while at some companies that can sound like a scam, everyone at RTT is encouraged to take advantage of it. In fact, we recently received an email from HR urging anyone who had not scheduled 5 days off in a row this year to do so. Fun environment.
