      Pros

      Roundhouse values curiosity, a entrepreneurial mindset, taking action, freedom to try things. They pay well, provide generous bonuses, expects employees to care about their work and take ownership over their performance, they want intelligent, self-starting, driven and focused employees. Values social interaction but not a go get drinks with your colleagues every other day type of place. Definitely focused on doing good work.

      Cons

      Maybe not as social as some would like it. Not for a person who doesn't give a care. Can work typical hours but not a clock in and out type of mindset.

      Support offered through a Mentor assigned. Access to training at any time. Housing discounts.

      Cons

      Too many apps used on a daily and weekly basis. A lot of time spent on learning new apps, taking away from operations management.
