I’ve been working at Roundstone Insurance for 8 months, and it has been an amazing experience! The company culture is truly something special. Managers and executives genuinely listen and welcome feedback, which creates a supportive and empowering environment. One of the most unique things about Roundstone is the monthly meetings with the Owners, where open dialogue and transparency are encouraged.
