      Pros

      -The people who work there believe in the mission and want to make a difference -People are nice

      Cons

      -Product is extremely buggy and doesn't work as marketed -Customers are unhappy and nothing new is built since the developers' time is spent fixing tech debt -Acts like a brand new start up but have been around for almost 10 years -Inexperienced leadership team, no clear direction for product or company -Talks the DEI talk but does frequent layoffs to keep their bottom line afloat -High turnover, low compensation, only good benefit is half day Friday

      Pros

      The mission! The leadership is connected, transparent, communicative, and present. The teams are well-divided but cohesive & collaborative. The benefits are good, especially the short Fridays! I could keep on going - great organization.

      Cons

      Compensation was a little lower than industry norms. And layoffs got a little scary but this was my first time experiencing layoffs since 2008.

      Pros

      The pay was great. Good benefits. Lots of flexibility as long as you get your work done.

      Cons

      Tons of rounds of layoffs. They also sold themselves as a company with amazing company culture but I realized pretty quickly that that was false.
