Route4Me is a sinking ship. Over the past months, management has shown a complete disregard for employee well-being. Half of the support team was abruptly let go, and instead of hiring replacements—as repeatedly promised—they’ve pushed the remaining team to cover the workload by working 6 days a week with no end in sight. Leadership routinely makes empty promises and avoids accountability. Morale is at an all-time low, communication is vague or dishonest, and any concerns raised are brushed aside. There’s no transparency, no plan, and no real respect for the people who keep things running. It feels like they’re squeezing the last bit of energy out of the team before the whole thing collapses.
