Pros

RouteSmart offers a world-class, proprietary, high-density vehicle route optimization solution. They are constantly focused on solving real-world problems and delivering them in a client-focused manner. The management team is excellent and the staff are collaborative and well trained. Turnover is exceptionally low and is a testament to the culture and dedication of those who work there. I spent over 14 years with RouteSmart and my experience was overwhelmingly positive.

Cons

I have no negative feedback about the company or its solutions. I left only because I was interested in building my own business.

Pros

I've worked at RouteSmart Technologies for over 18 years, and it's truly been a great place to grow professionally. The management team is incredibly supportive and fosters an environment where you're trusted to take ownership of your work. There's a strong emphasis on collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. The company culture encourages learning and development, and leadership is always open to feedback and new ideas.

Cons

Honestly, very few. Like any company, there are occasional growing pains, but leadership is proactive in addressing challenges and maintaining transparency.

Pros

RouteSmart is team environment where people are motivated by helping each other and producing good work. There is very little turnover. People tend to stay for decades at a time. In this way, it does feel like family. People have grown older together. Upper management act like mentors and are extremely fair and understanding. Lots of mistakes happen and are easily brushed off and learned from. All questions are encouraged. The work/life balance is amazing. There is always something new to learn. It’s also a place where people work hard, play hard, and give each other lots of credit.

Cons

Some positions require lots of travel which can be tiring. People who are not self-motivated will struggle to advance in the company. If you need lots of praise, you probably won’t find it easily (It’s a culture where it’s more beneficial to give others a nod than to expect one yourself. Humble goes far.). Although there is a benefit package, it’s average at best.
