Thanks for sharing your experience of working at Routes to Work and we are sorry to hear that it did not meet your expectations. We have lots of ways, informal and formal, of ensuring employees can share feedback and identify things that needs improved. We always strive to build on all feedback and would have done so if concerns had been raised during employment with us.
