Pros

The people here are genuinely great-supportive, smart, and easy to work with. There’s a real sense of team, and it doesn’t feel overly corporate or political. Big credit to the new VP of Support Greg, things have massively improved in that department. There’s way more structure, clarity, and follow-through now, and it actually feels like Support is on the up. Leadership like that make a huge difference.

Cons

Still a few growing pains with change- some processes are catching up and cross-team alignment can be hit or miss at times. Not everything is perfect yet, but you can see it’s moving in the right direction.

Pros

There are great people at this company, unfortunately they're not the ones leading or making the decisions that ultimately affect everyone else.

Cons

Too many to list. The new CEO came in and immediately started putting his buddies in leadership positions. Instead of focusing on solving the issues with products and addressing communication between departments, he seems preoccupied with employee surveillance and outsourcing roles to India. Profit over people. So much talent and knowledge out the door and the company is just turning into another corporate machine. If you're looking for longevity or just a nice place to work, this isn't the company for you.
