Pros
All companies sell that transparency is a value, but at Routific it really is, at all levels. You can get honest and straight forward feedback about your own tasks, and/or bigger picture items. Management incentives a healthy work life balance (regularly taking vacations is encouraged, and from time to time we have cool down weeks, where we can choose what tasks we want to pick, even outside of our regular work scope). Everyone I've dealt with so far is friendly and open minded. As a developer, the challenges are interesting and the chosen tasks by Product Management seem to be all in line with our next ambitions as a company. Besides that, management hears and acts on our opinion of what kind of tasks we developers find more appealing to do.
Cons
Since there are always lots of important tasks to tackle, some topics are not yet in an ideal state, which is normal for a start up (things such as documentation, development validation infrastructure).
