      Working at Rover has been a fantastic experience. You get to truly own your role and make a difference The pay, benefit and PTO plan are generous and you get RSUs! Leadership is very focused on doing what is right for the employees The people are great and passionate about their work

      Good work-life balance, collaborative engineering culture, dogs, two-sided marketplace is an interesting product to work on, forward-thinking about AI tools.

      Cons

      As the overwhelming market leader in the space (RIP Wag!), there is maybe some complacency.
