      Pros

      I haven’t been for very long but it doesn’t take much to see Rover lives by it’s values. I get the sense they trust employees to do the right thing, give autonomy, drive for result, all while having fun and doing it together. I am excited for the future here.

      Cons

      None thus far, it’s been great.

      Pros

      Good work-life balance, collaborative engineering culture, dogs, two-sided marketplace is an interesting product to work on, forward-thinking about AI tools.

      Cons

      As the overwhelming market leader in the space (RIP Wag!), there is maybe some complacency.
