- Raises are not competitive - Team sizes are slim (sometimes it may just be you and a lead supporting a customer project) - As a dev, you oftentimes don’t do software development, you do configuration instead - Vacation is weak - Software standards are not followed. Most projects don’t follow agile / scrum, and do not have proper testing. I was able to commit directly to Main without testing / reviewing
