      Smart people, 'work hard, play hard' atmosphere. Slightly flexible hours. Able to work from home for short periods of time. Rapidly growing company with a small company feel.

      Cons

      Not a software company; slow to adopt necessary software standards and tools. Travel requirements may be extensive.

      Free food often at the bakery. Remote work option.

      Cons

      Work life balance isn't the best. They try to work with you and it can really depend on the projects which you are on and your manager. Some are really awesome
