      Friendly enviorment, plenty of job training, great place to learn

      Cons

      Not competive with raises, inconsistant requirments for raises, will throw keep throwing new hires at a problem till its solved

      Free food often at the bakery. Remote work option.

      Cons

      Work life balance isn't the best. They try to work with you and it can really depend on the projects which you are on and your manager. Some are really awesome
