I worked at Rovy Solutions for a year as a BDM. The founders are approachable and always open to new ideas. The remote culture offers flexibility with zero micromanagement. It’s a great place to experiment, learn, and grow in sales. The environment encourages creativity, collaboration, and personal ownership of work. Overall, a motivating and rewarding experience.

It was good experience. I did not face any difficulty during my tenure.
