Pros

Pay is decent for a company of this size, and the benefits are pretty good. However, they just increased the cost for health insurance after it being free, so expect worse benefits over time. Some people are nice and good to work with, but don't expect them to be around very long.

Cons

Highly disorganized company scaling as fast as they possibly can. Expect information silos, playing the blame game, and a cult-like adherence to company goals. Everything is an emergency, no one is prepared, and it feels like building a plane while flying. High attrition, both forced and unforced, and frequent shifts in leadership and business objectives. This company is ran by ex-amazonians, and its shows. Low morale, terrible culture, I would recommend going to Amazon for more pay and prestige if you are ok with this culture.

Pros

Great environment, great leadership. People genuinely want to solve problems and do things the right way. There's a lot of work to be done, but most teams work together well and take a collaborative approach. Still small enough that you can make a big impact. Getting big enough that there is some structure and benefits. People respect time off.

Cons

Many things are changing fast, it can be tough to keep up. Typical fast-growing company issues: missing some key applications that would make life easier, running out of desks in the office, frequently have single points of contact for critical functions. There is a lot to do, so work/life balance can be tough if you don't set boundaries.
