Poor leadership. Hostile work environment. Management and Leads lie. Coworkers can be violent. Supervisors in other departments will take your photo, send it to your manager and say you're standing around doing nothing. When you're talking about a problem with the operator on duty. If you go to HR, employee relations, ethics and compliance ETC,they will do absolutely nothing to resolve the problem. The union Local 68 is weak and pretty much useless. They charge employees to park, most of them. Some get cheaper rates or have a scam to get out of paying.
