Pros
The past few years there has been a great emphasis in improving the projects pipeline, which lead in a more elegant and efficient work flow. In the creative department there is a constant assessment on what we can do better as a team. A highlight is the working environment, there is a great sense of respect and friendship in Roxor's culture, and an increase of caring for employees wellbeing, specially during this difficult times. The management and leadership team are very approachable and easy going. You get great perks, gym membership, Friday drinks, bonuses, company events, free soft drinks and fruits (sadly some of these we can't enjoy at the moment due to the pandemic). Roxor's creative department invests a lot of time in training their talent pool through payed online courses and live workshops, which I have benefited tremendously.
Cons
By the end, the projects I got to work on where less exciting, this might be due to Roxor's still being a start-up, and still finding it's place in the industry.
