-... cause the place in my opinion, based on 2 years expierience, is not good to stay for to long, long story short the place is run with Jack Welch type of management, give as little as you can and take a much a you can - a lot of job typical dedicated for HCA's and Dr's is delegated to overwork and overstreached nursing staff
