      Be recognized anywhere and with anyone the moment you say you work for Royal Enfield. Great for people who love motorcycles. Good place to learn if you are under the right guidance. Teaches a great deal about people management and negotiations.

      Cons

      Bad middle management. Micro managing. Too many long-termers who dont let others grow up the corporate ladder.

      Pros

      It is had a small company charm to it. Work culture is excellent. I loved my boss. Left the company only because I had to move form the country

      Cons

      even though the company is rapidly improving it still has some rough edges. The rustic tendencies are far cry from its British roots
