Small town, small company, 1 or 2 day bonuses when we reach a certain profit, company picnics.
Cons
Extreme liberal leadership creates a toxic environment. Problems are ignored, nothing gets fixed. Bonuses rarely happen anymore, always an excuse to not pay out.
