Pros
Some agents are wonderful to work with, really care about what you're doing and appreciate our work
Cons
- The owners are almost all family, meaning the manager is the son of the owner = rich, entitled and not prepared to manage, basically has everything handed to him on a silver platter, has no management skills, no one ever sees him (claims he's in "meetings" ... but where if they're not at any of the 3 offices?), lazy, undeserving, privileged, treats his staff like scum - No room for growth (but they'll claim so in your interview), your hourly wage will be capped underneath the poverty line but they'll treat it as if their being generous - No communication between manager / owners, never take anything they say seriously because it will change and they'll claim they never said it - Some agents are extremely snobby and rude, obviously are aware of their seniority and treat administrators like slaves
