Pros
Nice people, but pretty much it!
Cons
Mostly Good for NOTHING experience! What I experienced was understanding what is worth your time and two faced leaders. They have a deceitful way of recruiting new workers. First interview was on zoom invite from multiple phone numbers. Second interview was in the office, as they convince you that you’ll make tons of great commissions in this business as they make it sound like it’s a million dollar company. Once it’s your first day of the job, that’s when the WHOLE TRUTH is revealed. You’re basically handing out government assisted phone service to low income individuals. That’s good for the community though. However in this company, you are literally under a tent all in sketchy areas day six days a week giving out government phones to low income individuals that might not need the telecom services. Plus, the boss man seems like he doesn't care if you feel like you’re in a sketchy area with somewhat high crime rates. He believes you do your duties and you will be fine. How unbelievable. Honestly, the opportunity was a waste of my time, gas, and money spent commuting from West Covina, CA for an hour six days a week. And not good for one’s mental health either. After a month being in this business, it was affirmative enough and I resigned in the first week of December 2022. After that, I spent six months searching for work until then. What I learned so far is to do more research on an organization before you take the opportunity right away.
