Of the many pros at Royal Valet, the people are great to work with, the work atmosphere is dynamic, and the flexible schedule is great, especially for college students and people looking for part time work.
Cons
While base pay is competitive, the inconsistent tips can make it hard to budget and expect stable income. That doesn’t make the difference income bad, just inconsistent.
