It is a family owned business and they really care about their employees. The company is also very passionate about what they are accomplishing. The Project Management Team is a really fun group making it nice to come to work.

They still operate as a start up company. They are far past this point and need to start implementing some structure. The work culture suffers due to the consistent production issues that the whole company has to deal with. Pay is average, however the chaotic environment is sometimes not worth it.
