      Pros

      Office staff is friendly and hilarious, makes the day easier to stand. This is pretty much where the pros end.

      Cons

      Not only is the owner always angry, your work will never be good enough. There are no benefits, pay is lousy, and hours are miserable. Plus, it's a rubber company. You'll leave work every day smelling like it, and I've never heard anyone say they actually enjoy the smell.
