High quality training received. They trained me up from having zero knowledge and experience in coding, to being employed at one the leading companies in tech. The people at Rubik could not be more supportive. They created an open and friendly environment for me to communicate to them about stresses, worries and doubts, all to which they were highly receptive. I really appreciated the time and effort the people at Rubik put into our training and well being.

We do not get paid for the training period, but we are also receiving high quality training for free. You are expected to dedicate a lot of time to the training, especially out of hours, to complete assignments, and prepare for interviews and meetings. However, when I expressed my concerns about the workload being impractical to Rubik, they were very receptive and quickly adapted the remainder of the course to be more manageable. This made all the difference. There are shortcomings but overall the experience is very rewarding and Rubik is behind you all the way :)

Prior to Rubik I had little to no experience or training in software developement. The training offered is intense but the rewards are so worth it. I came out at the end of my training being able to accomplish tasks I'd have never believed I could. The training doesn't just teach you theory but also gives amazing insight into what working in the tech industry is really like, and provides great advice ahead of starting a job in tech. On top of the training, the support and communication from Rubik has been outstanding. I have felt valued throughout the whole process with quick and effective responses to any queries I've had. The training detailed above is offered for free which is something you won't find in many places. On top of that Rubik provide training in the industry you go onto work in as well as interview and people skills.
