      very stressful experience working at Rubrik. The environment was filled with negativity and favoritism, which made it difficult to feel appreciated or motivated. Creativity was never valued, and there was a lack of recognition for hard work and innovative ideas. The overall atmosphere was toxic, and I would not recommend working at this company.

      Pros

      Great product, easy pitch to the right person. Work environment is inviting and people are helpful. General culture here is that everyone wants others to succeed, so getting started is easy.

      Cons

      SDR’s gets little insight into the sales process after meetings are set. Your work basically stops with a prospect once that meeting is set and an opportunity is created. Would be nice to get more training in enterprise software selling so that you’re more prepared for an AE role.
