We strive to provide employees with a balanced workday and leverage technology to ensure breaks are allocated adequately throughout their shifts. In addition to scheduled breaks, our adherence expectations allow for unexpected personal matters that may arise throughout the day. Employees have an additional twenty-eight minutes on a standard eight-hour shift that they can leverage as needed. Our leadership team values 360-degree feedback and provides numerous voice-of-the-employee channels, such as our Ask Me Anything forum and Office Hours, available with all department leaders. As a current employee, we would love the opportunity to hear your feedback. To facilitate feedback loops, we have a transparent reporting structure available via Ruby Life that can be leveraged to determine the best leader to meet with.
