Pros
They were pretty good about a flexible schedule.
Cons
There is no care for the employees work life balance or the mental toll the work puts on you. Everything is on fire all of the time - managers and home office staff quit faster than they can hire replacements. They lost 15 home office employees in one year…many of them were tenured employees who couldn’t take the disfunction anymore, but no one asked any questions as to why everyone left. When those people left in some cases they never hired replacements and just spread the workload to otherwise already overloaded employees and did not compensate them for doing two jobs. The brand has lost all of its original charm and what they stood for and has turned into an Applebees that values profit over people.
