      Pros

      Unlike many consulting companies, Rudra Technologies is very transparent and the management is always approachable. There are no shady dealings. The health insurance provided is great. The best part is its global.

      Cons

      The marketing team needs to be more aggressive in getting interviews/jobs. It will be great if the company conducts periodic trainings for skill upgradation.

      Pros

      I am the current employee of Rudra Technologies Inc and working as a Full time employee since more than a year. The company benefits and the processing of my H1B Visa & GC (greencard) are excellent. They pay on time and they are employee friendly. I am very happy with their association. If I have any issue.. they always ready to discuss and help me out any time.

      Frankly speaking I do not see any issues so far
