Business outlook
Pros
Management is fair and listens, you can always go to them and know you will be listened to. Very comfortable work environment, casual but professional. Everyone gets along and it is a great team. All of the staff has been here years, aside from a couple new hires for new positions. A lot of self supervision if you are competent which is nice to not be micro managed.
Cons
It is a small business, so sometimes you have to do duties outside of your normal. It can be frustrating, but it was made clear from the beginning and does not happen often. Cell phone signal inside not very good, but I guess we aren't supposed to be on them anyway while working so I can't complain too much.
