Demeaning with no integrity - Manager Rumi's Kitchen Employee Review

The owner is a pompous individual who attempts to have unprofessional relationships with ANY attractive staff member in turn rewarding the employees who give in. There is no value in you with this company unless you sleep with him. He curses and treats everyone else like peasants who should worship the ground he walks on.
