There is no pros make the company better than any other company Free beverages if it available, flexible hours, friendly environment form the team only. The salary raise is according to their evaluation but it is not scheduled. They gave chance for the juniors

- Delayed salary is common, and when requested, they act as if they don't have money. They have delayed the salary for 4 3 months. - They are disorganized and consistently delay project delivery, blaming the developers. - The developer joined the meeting with the clients. Sometimes the CTO leaves the meeting, leaving the developers with the clients. - They always hire juniors, which is beneficial for gaining experience, but it also has drawbacks because of the limited number of seniors.
