Not much, maybe pay can be higher

Nothing , lets talk about cons These people play with your emotions , they should have the guts to call there positions as Contractual as they can't afford you for the whole year. Once they started feeling they are done with you in 6 months , they will fire you immediately. How can they expect us to write good when they have played with careers and families of people working for them

Random changes anytime , your profile will get spoiled like anything , all the good reviews mentioned here are by the existing employees , don't trust them, people are asked to write good reviews, No vision no mission , First generation entrepreneur who have seen some money for the first time. You will think you have joined them on a package of 7 lpa or 9 lpa but you will end up earning only 3.5 lpa or 4.5 lpa because the management cannot afford you in the back of there mind they will ask you to leave when you have earned the amount they think you are capable of.
